No. 8/3/2021-R–II.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the State and District Level
Monitoring Committee for the implementation of ―SVANidhi se Samridhi‖ an component of PM-SVANidhi scheme
in the State for Socio-economic profiling of PM-SVANidhi beneficiaries and their families. The profile so generated,
identifies their potential eligibility for selected Central Govt. schemes i.e. PM-Jan Dhan Yojana, PM-Jeeban Jyoti
Yojana, PM-Surksha Bima Yojana, PM-Sharm Yogi Maandhan Yojana, One Nation One Ration Card, Janani
Suraksha Yojana and PM-MatruVandna Yojana etc. for various Central welfare schemes and to extend State specific
welfare schemes to all the beneficiaries under PM- Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbharNidhi (PM-SVANidhi) in the Urban
Local Bodies of the State comprising of the following members:–
