Notification

The 1st March, 2021

No. G.S.R. 5/Const./Art. 320/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of

article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following regulations further to

amend the Haryana Public Service Commission ( Limitation of Functions) Regulations, 1973, namely:-

1.

These regulations may be called the Haryana Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions)

Amendment Regulations, 2021.

2.

In the Haryana Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) Regulations, 1973, in Schedule A, after

item (141) and entries thereagainst, the following items and entries thereagainst shall be added at the end, namely:-

―(142)

One post of Senior Executive Pilot in the Civil Aviation Department in FPL–20,

Cell–1= Rs. 182200/–.

(143)

116 posts of Senior Medical Officer (HCMS–I) in Health Department in FPL–12,

Cell–1= Rs. 78800/–.‖.
