Correction Slip

The 8th March, 2021

No. 187 Rules/II.D4. Dated 04-03-2021

Rule 2B in Part-F of Chapter-16 under the heading ‘A-General’ of the Rules and Orders of Punjab and

Haryana High Court (Practice & Procedure), Volume-IV, is added qua the Subordinate Courts of Haryana, in the

following manner:-

“The general complaints wherein no action is required to be taken may be weeded out after

two years of its final disposal.

Provided that before destruction of any complaint the same be got scanned, orders of the

competent authority shall be obtained and thereafter, the inventory of each destroyed record

shall be maintained to keep record of the same in the following proforma:-
