3148 caused by vehicular accident by the Truck No. HR-63-C-7040 Dtd. 19/04/2018 near Ahmedabad-Kerva

highway.

By this notice publish in Gazette, you are hereby directed to appear before this Tribunal on 19th April, 2021 at

Gandhinagar at 10-45 A. M. to answer the claim petition and you must be prepared to produce on that day all the

documents upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense.

Take notice that if you will not remain present on the above said date the claim petition will be heard and decided in

your absence.

Also take notice that if you fail to file your registered address on or before the date fixed, your defense will not be

taken into consideration.
