The 7th May, 2021

No. G.S.R. 8/Const./Art. 309/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Mewat

District School Education (Group C) Service Rules, 2012, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Mewat District School Education (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

2.

In the Mewat District School Education (Group C) Service Rules, 2012, in Appendix B, under columns 1, 2, 3

and 4, against serial number 5, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized

Education (B.Ed.)/ B.Ed. (Special

Teacher

Education (Recognition Norms and

Procedure) Regulations issued from

time to time in this regard;

(i) Three years experience as regular

Primary Teacher (PRT/JBT) / classical

and vernacular Teacher; and

(ii) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized

university with at least 50% marks in

English as compulsory or elective or

Core or Honours subject and English

as

a

teaching

subject

in

BTC/JBT/D.Ed.

(Diploma

in

Education) / Diploma in Elementary

Education (D.El.Ed.);

OR

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized

university with at least 50% marks in

English as compulsory or elective or

Core or Honours subject and English

as a teaching subject in Bachelor of

Education (B.Ed.)/ B.Ed. (Special

Education) in accordance with the
