The 20th May, 2021

No. 08/10/2021-R-II.— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Haryana Prevention of Defacement

of Property Act, 1989 (11 of 1990), the Governor of Haryana hereby notifies the General Manager or any other

Officer/Officers authorized by him in this behalf to be an agency for the purposes of Section 3 for any property under

the control of the Transport Department.
