Notification
The 27th May, 2021
No. 2/6/12-1-IB-II-2006.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 48 of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894), the Governor of Haryana hereby partly withdraws from acquisition of
land specified below in respect of which Haryana Government, Industries Department, notification No. 2/6/12-1-IB-
II-2006, dated the 22nd June, 2006, was issued under section 4 of the said Act and was published in the Haryana
Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 22nd June, 2006, declaration under section 6 thereof was made vide
Haryana Government, Industries and Commerce Department, notification No. 2/6/12-1-IB-II-2006, dated
the 20th June, 2007, published in Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 20th June, 2007 and order
under section 7 of the said Act was issued vide Haryana Government, Industries and Commerce Department, order
No. 2/6/12-1-IB-II-2006, dated the 18th October, 2007, was published in the Haryana Government Gazette
(Extraordinary), dated the 18th October, 2007.
