Resident of House No. 82, Arya Bhawan, Prem Nagar, Karnal as Chairman of the Haryana Yog Aayog, Panchkula

(In place of Haryana Yog Council) with effect from date of his assuming the charge of Haryana Yog Aayog on the

same terms and conditions as issued vide Memo No. 9/24/2019- 6HB-II, dated 11.09.2019.
