Corrigendum

The 7th July, 2021

No. HERC/18/2008/1st Amendment/ 2021.— It has come to the notice of the Commission that the

Notification issued in the Haryana Government Official Gazette dated 14.06.2021 inadvertently mentions the

Regulation as 1st Amendment. Accordingly, the following corrigendum is issued:

Regulation No. to be read as Regulation No. HERC/18/2008/2nd Amendment/2021 instead of Regulation No.

HERC/18/2008/1st Amendment/2021.

1(1) These Regulations may be called the “Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conditions of

Transmission Licence) Regulations, 2008, 2nd Amendment Regulations, 2021” instead of “Haryana Electricity

Regulatory Commission (Conditions of Transmission Licence) Regulations, 2008, 1st Amendment Regulations,

2021”.
