Notification

The 28th July, 2021

No. 2541.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that a total of 0.17 acres land is required to be

taken by the Government of public expenses for the public purpose namely road from Karnal Kaithal road to Pingli

Narukheri road city Karnal Tehsil & District Karnal.

It is hereby notify that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provisions of Sub-section (i) of section-11 of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to all to whom it may concern.

A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana PWD B&R

Ambala Cantt./Executive Engineer Provincial Division No. 1, PWD B&R Karnal on any working day during the

working hours.

The Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes to the Officers of Haryana PWD B&R Karnal and his staff of

Haryana PWD B&R Karnal to enter upon and survey land, take levels of any land, dig of bore into the sub-soil & do

all other acts required for the proper execution of their works as provided and specified in section-12 of the said Act.

Under Section 11(4) of the Act, no person shall make any transaction of cause any transaction of land i.e.

sale/purchase etc. or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of such notification without

approval of the Collector.

Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within a period of sixty (60) days

from the date of publication of this notification as provided under Section 15 of the Act before the Land Acquisition

Collector, Haryana PWD B&R Ambala Cantt.

No Rehabilitation/Resettlement is involved. Therefore, it is notified that for the above said project in village

Karnal, Tehsil & District Karnal a piece of land measuring, 0.17 acres viz, 0 Bigha 17 Bishwa of standard measuring,

whose detail description is as following, is under acquisition.
