Notification

The 24th August, 2021

No. SEC/2ME/2021/3382.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana has issued programme for the

preparation of electoral rolls of 45 municipalities including the Municipal Committee, Pehowa, district Kurukshetra

vide Notification No. SEC/2ME/2021/1511, dated 30.06.2021, vide which final publication of the electoral rolls was

to be made on 18.08.2021.

Now, the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, vide his memo No. 1267/LFA, dated 18.08.2021, has informed

that final electoral rolls of Municipal Committee, Pehowa could not be published on 18.08.2021 due to technical fault

in software and has requested to extend the period of final publication of electoral rolls for one week.

In view of request of the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, the State Election Commission, Haryana has

decided to revise the date of final publication of electoral rolls of Municipal Committee, Pehowa, district Kurukshetra

to 27.08.2021.

4.

The Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra shall give wide publicity of the above programme.

5.

The remaining instructions issued earlier by notification No. SEC/2ME/2020/1511, dated 30.06.2021, shall

remain unchanged.
