Notification

The 7th September, 2021

No. HSPC/2021/5901.— In continuation to office orders vide memo no. HSPC/2021/5254, 6th August, 2021.

In exercise of the powers vested in me under rule 5 of the State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951. I Dhanesh Adlakha,

President of Haryana Pharmacy Council, do hereby appoint Dr. Parveen Sethi, Director Health Services (Dental)

O/o Director General Health Services, Haryana Sector 6, Panchkula as the Returning Officer for conducting the

election of the six members of the Haryana State Pharmacy Council u/s 19(a) of the Pharmacy Act 1948, from

amongst pharmacists of the Haryana State registered with the council. The election schedule by notified by the

Returning Officer as per the provision contained in the rule. The honorarium to the staff and RO engaged in the

process of the election would be paid equal to one month salary as approved by Executive Committee on 6th August,

2021 and as per previous practice. Returning Officer can engage the staff for smooth conduction of election as per

previous precedence.
