No. 2/11/2019-1Power.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in respect

of clause 2(ii) relating to Pay & Allowances for the appointment of Director/Finance in Haryana Power Utilities

notified vide Notification No. 2/11/2019-1Power dated 17th July, 2020 (published in Haryana Government Gazette on

28.07.2020) and No. 2/11/2019-1Power dated 19th October, 2020 (published in Haryana Government Gazette on

19.10.2020):-

Allowances

Existing Provision clause 2(ii)

Amended Provision

Director

Finance

In case of candidates from PSUs/HPUs, the

candidate will be given the option to opt the pay

scales of Rs. 67000/- (Annual increment @ 3%)

–79000/- (As per 6th pay commission pay scale)

or to protect the pay & allowances being drawn

from the parent PSU/HPU.

In case of candidates from PSUs/HPUs, the

candidate will be given the option to opt the pay

of level-16 (Rs. 182200-224100) (as per 7th pay

commission) or to protect the pay & allowances

being drawn from PSU/HPU.

All other terms & conditions shall remain same as per Notification No. 2/11/2019-1Power dated 17th July, 2020

(published in Haryana Govt. Gazette on 28.07.2020) & 2/11/2019-1Power dated 19th October, 2020 (published in

Haryana Govt. Gazette on 19.10.2020).
