No. 17/16/99-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1) of Section 12C of the Punjab

Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act No. 41

of 1963) read with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 130 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of

Unregulated Development Rules 1965, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to extend the additional charge of

Chairman, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal to Justice Darshan Singh (Retired), Chairman, Tribunal, Haryana

(Town and Country Planning Department) from 22.09.2021 to 06.07.2022 i.e attaining the age of 67 years.
