Notification

The 28th October, 2021

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/9297.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services

Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the

following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA /3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal

Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:-

In the Notification No. MS/ HSLSA /3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide notification

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/4291 dated 14.06.2021, the following entry shall be substituted in place of

“Chairman” and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Augustine George Masih, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court,

Chandigarh.
