Notification

The 28th October, 2021

No. 2420.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is eeded by the State

Government, for a public purpose, namely for the Bye Pass Periphery road while connected the Hisar – Ratia road at

Tohana in Fatehabad District, it is hereby notifies that the land in the locality specified below is needed for the above

purpose;

And whereas in exercise of the powers conferred under Section-5 of the Haryana consolidation of Project Land

(Special Provisions) Act 2017 (28 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to consolidate the

project Land as specified below, for the information of all persons to whom it may concern;

An area of 42.9754 acre to be project land; and wherein, an area of 2.10625 acre of private land, as the area

required to be consolidated under the provisions of said Act, as specified below.

And whereas, the owners of the land specified below in case interested to sell their land voluntarily may

contact the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Tohana within one month from publication of this

notification. Detail of the lands is available at the web site of Department at www.haraviation.gov.in.
