Notification

The 16th November, 2021

No. 6/4/2020-2P.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 18 of the Haryana Lifts and Escalators,

Act, 2008, the Government has hereby relaxed the provisions under section 5 of the Haryana Lifts and Escalators

(Amendment) Act, 2020 to the following extent :–

The mandatory provisions of providing ERD shall not apply to:–

(i)

Existing building(s) for which Occupation Certificate stands granted;

(ii)

Building(s) for which Occupation Certificate has been applied and is in the process as on date of

issue of this order; and

(iii)

All such building(s) and premise(s) where more than one year has elapsed on the date of issue of

order since the approval of its building plan(s).
