The 22nd November, 2021

No. 3/20/2021-3FS.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 28 of the Consumer

Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana hereby establishes a District Consumer Disputes

Redressal Commission to be known as the District Commission w.e.f. 20.07.2021.

The Existing District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to be Known as District Commission (now

be read under Section 28 of the Act, of 2019), which shall consist of following appointments;

(i)

President ------------- 1 (one)

(ii)

Members ------------- 2 (Two Members)
