Whereas, the applicant has filed claim petition in this Tribunal for compensation of Rs. 03,00,000/- U/s. 166 &

Rs. 25,000/- U/s. 140 of M.V. Act on 18-10-2010 for accident caused by Truck Trailor No. HR-58-D-0249 on

Dt. 02-06-2010 at 12-30 P.M. on Maliya-Kandla Highway Near Machchhu River Bridge in Jurisdiction of Maliya

(Miyana) Police Station.

Notice issued by this Tribunal have not been served either by R.P.AD. or by Tribunal upon the opponents of

this petition. Therefore, Ld. Adv of the petitioner has given an application to this Tribunal to publish the notice in the

Gazette.

Therefore, The opponents are hereby informed by this Public Notice to remain present in this Tribunal on

Dt. 02-12-2021 at 10-45 A.M. for your defence in this regards.

You are hereby directed and informed to remain present on the above day and time and if you will fail to

appear before this tribunal than necessary order will be passed and no defence thereafter will be entertained.
