The 18th January, 2022

No. 317/M.B.— Whereas the Governor of Haryana considers it expedient that precautions shall be taken to

prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into certains places;

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official

Secrets Act. 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notifications

No. S.O. 1788, dated the 19.05.1967, published in the Government of India Gazette dated 27.05.1967 and power

conferred to all Deputy Commissioners by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Administration

& Justice Department, Haryana, Chandigarh vide memo No. 30/1/2018-5 J.J.(1) dated 23.01.2019. I, hereby declare

the place specified in column I of the Schedule given below to be a prohibited place for the purposes of the said Act,
