No. Leg.7/2022.— The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Haryana received

the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 25th January, 2022 and is hereby published for

general information:-

HARYANA ACT NO. 7 OF 2022

THE HARYANA PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021

AN

ACT

further to amend the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventy-second Year of the

Republic of India as follows:-

1.

This Act may be called the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2021.

Short title.

2.

In the Schedule to the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, after serial number 24 and

entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be added,

namely:-

“25.

Geeta University

District Panipat”.

Amendment of

2006.
