Notification

The 8th February, 2022

No. 970-71/4-W.—The notification and publication of darft consolidation scheme under section 8 of the

Haryana Consolidation of Project Land (Special Provision) Act, 2017 for the project named extension of Masudpur

Distributory from RD 63350 to RD 84000-Tail under which project has to be taken up as per decision of Competent

Authority. This notification is to be made as process laid under Rule 4 of Rules framed under the Haryana

Consolidation of Project land (special provisions) Act, 2017. Necessary approval U/S-4 has already been accorded

vide Government memo No. 71W/400004/7/2021 Hansi W/S Division Hansi dated 24.5.2021.

The scheme for extension of Masudpur Disty. from RD 63350 to RD 84000-Tail was approved in the STC

meeting held on dated 11.08.2014. The Administrative Approval for extension had already been accorded by the

Government vide memo No. 2/29/2016-1IW dated 16.05.2016 for Rs. 933.00 Lacs. The alignment of this scheme had

already been approved vide Chief Engineer/BWSU, Irrigation & W.R. Department Haryana, Panchkula letter

No. 6132/5BWS/70/320 dated 04.10.2016.

The total land required to be consolidation for this project is as per detail given below :

The details of the area given above required to be declared as “Project Land” under section 8 of Haryana

Consolidation of Project Land (special provisions) Act, 2017. The Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Narnaund & Hansi

vide his memo No. 2723/MC dated 03/11/2021 & 1077-79/MC dated 12.11.2021 respectively has also got published

the scheme in daily newspaper on 3.11.2021 & 16.11.2021 (copy enclosed).

After completion of the project area of 3723 acres will be benefitted of 4 villages i.e. Lohari Ragho, Datta,

Tharwa & Shaladairy. The balance land i.e. 0.97 acre is urgently required for the completion of the project for the

extension of Masudpur Disty. from RD 63350 to RD 84000. The approval for notification of Project Land Under

Section 8 of the Haryana Consolidation of Project Land (special provision) Act, 2017 has been accorded vide

Government memo No. 71W/400008/72/2021 dated 6.01.2022, so that further action can be taken up by SDO (Civil),

Narnaund & SDO (Civil), Hansi who have been declared ‘‘Competent Authority” under section 4 of the 2017 Act.
