The 28th February, 2022

No. 5/9/2022-3HB-III.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 59 and Sub-rule (1) of

rule 67-A of the Drugs Rules, 1945, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Sh. Krishan Kumar, Senior Drugs

Control Officer to be the Licensing Authority in the local area of jurisdiction of his posting for the purposes of

Part VI and VI-A of the said rules, for the grant and renewal of Licenses for retail sale of Drugs and Homeopathic

medicines.
