No. 7/5/2021-2TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Faridabad

Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (Haryana Act No. 9 of 2019) the Governor of Haryana appoints the

1st day of June, 2021 as the date on which Section 57 of the said Act shall come into force.
