Notification

The 15th March, 2022

No. G.S.R. 3/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

School Education (Group C) State Cadre Service Rules, 2012, namely : —

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana School Education (Group C) State Cadre Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana School Education (Group C) State Cadre Service Rules, 2012, in Appendix B, against serial

number 1, under column (4), for item (i) existing twice, the following entry shall be added at the end, namely:-

"OR

Shastri with atleast 50% marks from a recognized university and Shiksha Shastri/Language Teachers Course

(L.T.C.)/Oriental Training (O.T.) in Sanskrit conducted by the Haryana Government or an equivalent

qualification recognized by Haryana Education Department;”.
