Notification

No. 3198-3203/AC-1.— Where it appear to the Governor of Haryana that in compliance of Order/Judgement

dated 22.01.2016 passed by the court of Sh. Arvind Kumr, Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Karnal in case titled as

“Vivek Kapoor” Vs Haryana State Govt.” in case No. 380/2014 the Pocket of land specified below is needed by the

Police Department, Govt. of Haryana at Public expenses, for the public purpose namely, for the Golf ground in HAP,

Madhuban, Distt. Karnal. It is hereby notified that the land specified below is needed for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for information of all to whom it

may concern.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the

officers with their servants and workman for the time being engaged in the undertaking to do all acts required or

permitted by the section.
