Notification

The 24th March, 2022

No. G.S.R. 7/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Public Relations Department Headquarters Establishment-Ministerial Wing (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Public Relations Department Headquarters Establishment-Ministerial

Wing (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Public Relations Department Headquarters Establishment-Ministerial Wing (Group C) Service

Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words “seventeen” and “thirty-five”, the words “eighteen” and “forty-two” shall

respectively be substituted.
