Notification

The 25th March, 2022

No. 1/26/2021-1TCP.— in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to create

one more post of Member each in HRERA, Panchkula and HRERA, Gurugram in addition. Now, these HRERAs

will have one Chairman and three Members. Further, two benches will function in every HRERA consisting of

Chairman+One Member OR Two Members to speed up the disposal.
