No. 52/73/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Haryana

Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department

notification No. 52/73/2021-2C1, dated the 3rd November, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the

revenue area of Villages Chattargarh Patti, Khairpur, Vaidwala, Bajekan, Kanganpur, Shahpur Begu, Khajakhera and

Ram Nagaria in the limits of Municipal Council, Sirsa, District Sirsa as specified in the Schedule given below,

namely:-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

NORTH :- Starting from Point ‘A’ as define in the plan then moving toward east on Northern boundary of Rectangle

No.31 & 33 upto Point ‘B’ which is the South Western Corner of Rectangle No.19 of Village Shamshabad then

moving towards north on Western Boundary of Rectangle No.19 upto point C which is the north west corner of

Rectangle No. 19 of Murba No.19 of Village Shamshabad Patti then moving towards east on Northern Boundary of

Rectangle No.19 upto point ‘D’ as shown in the plan which is the North west corner of Rectangle No.18 of Village

Shamshabad Patti then moving towards north on Western boundary of Rectangle No.13 & 6 of Village Shamshabad

upto point E which is the northern west corner of Rectangle No.6. Then moving towards east on Northern boundary
