No. 52/79/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Haryana
Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department,
notification No. 52/79/2021-2C1, dated the 30th November, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area
in the limits of Municipal Council, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
NORTH :- Starting from the north west corner of Khasra No. 15 of Rectangle No.9 of Moja Mirzapur on outer kila
line towards east along the southern boundary of Saraswati up to the end point of Saraswati in Moja Darra Khera and
then alongwith the northern boundary of Moja Darra Khera up to the tri junction piller of Moja Darra Khera, Bahri
and Darra Khurd upto north east corner of Khasra No. 73 of Moja Darra Khera. Then is straight line along with the
western boundary of Moja Darra Khurd towards north upto north corner of Khasra No. 16 of Rectangle No.29 then
towards north along with the western boundary of Jhansa road Moja Darra Khurd upto southern side of Saraswati
then from south corner to east side of Sarswati Rectangle No.36, Khasra No.6 towards north Khasra No.20//10 then
