The 4th April, 2022

No. G.S.R. 15/Const. /Art. 309/2022.― In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Subordinate Agriculture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C) Service Rules, 1994, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Subordinate Agriculture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C)

Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Subordinate Agriculture Directorate Ministerial Staff (Group C) Service Rules, 1994, in rule 5,

for the words and sign “Seventeen years” and “thirty-five years” the words and sign “eighteen years” and “forty-two

years” shall respectively be substituted.
