Notification

The 11th April, 2022

No. G.S.R. 21/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Civil Secretariat (State Service Group D) Service Rules, 1996 namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Secretariat (State Service Group D) Service (Amendment)

Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Civil Secretariat (State Service Group D) Service Rules, 1996, for the rule 5, the following rule

shall be substituted, namely;-

“5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such, as specified in section 6 of the

Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).”.
