Notification

The 13th April, 2022

No. G.S.R. 26/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Election Department (Group D) Service Rules, 1997, namely:

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Election Department (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Election Department (Group D) Service Rules, 1997, for rule 5, the following rule shall be

substituted, namely:-

"5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such as specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D

Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).".
