The 13th April, 2022

No. G.S.R. 35/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Horticulture (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:–

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Horticulture (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Horticulture (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the figure “17” and “35”, the words

and sign “eighteen” and “forty-two” shall respectively be substituted.
