The 9th May, 2022

No. G.S.R. 70/Const./Art.309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Public

Works Department (Buildings and Roads Branch) Research Laboratory (Group C) Service Rules, 1996, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Branch), Research

Laboratory (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads Branch), Research Laboratory (Group C)

Service Rules, 1996, in rule 5, for the figure “17”, the words “eighteen” shall be substituted.
