Notification

The 9th May, 2022

No. G.S.R. 72/Const./Art.309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Public

Works (Buildings and Roads) Department (Group-D) Field Staff Service Rules, 2014, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department (Group-D) Field Staff

Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Department (Group-D) Field Staff Service Rules, 2014,

for rule 5, the following rule shall be subtituted, namely :-

“5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such, as specified in section 6 of the

Haryana Group – D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018)”.
