Notification

The 12th May, 2022

No. 4/22/2016-R-II.— In exercise of the power conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution

of India and Sub-section (1) read with clause (a) of Sub-section (2) of Section 49 of the Haryana Fire Service

Act, 2009 (12 of 2009) and clause (iv) of Sub-section (2) of Section 56 of the Haryana Fire and Emergency Services

Act, 2022 (14 of 2022), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Fire

(Group C) Service Rules, 2016, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Fire (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Fire (Group C) Service Rules, 2016, in rule 5, for the words “seventeen”, the word “eighteen”

shall be substituted.
