Notification

The 13th May, 2022

No. G.S.R. 92/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Directorate

of Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana (Group-B) Service Rules, 2000, namely:-

These rules may be called the Directorate of Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana (Group-B) Service

(Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Directorate of Social Justice and Empowerment, Haryana (Group-B) Service Rules, 2000, in rule 5, for

the words and sign “twenty-one” and "forty", the words and sign “eighteen” and "forty-two" shall respectively be

substituted.
