The 1st June, 2022

No. G.S.R. 124/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Rural Development Department (Group B) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Rural Development (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Rural Development Department (Group B) Service Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words and

signs “Twenty-Two” and “Thirty-Five”, the words and sign “eighteen” and “Forty-Two” shall respectively be

substituted.
