Notification

The 17th August, 2022

No. G.S.R. 136/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Civil Services (Government Employees’ Conduct) Rules, 2016, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Government Employees’ Conduct) Amendment

Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Civil Services (Government Employees’ Conduct) Rules, 2016,(hereinafter called the said rules)

in Rule 24, in sub-rule (1), in Explanation, in item (iii), the words ‘and insurance policies’ shall be omitted.

3.

In the said rules, in Annexure-A the words ‘issuance policies’ wherever occurred, shall be omitted.
