Notification

The 17th August, 2022

No. SEC/1ME/2022/6507.— Whereas, the name of Sh. Rajpal S/o Sh. Lahna was notified as a Member of

Ward No. 5 Municipal Committee, Rajound, district Kaithal by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide

notification No. SEC/1ME/2022/6120 dated 04.07.2022

And Whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide Memo No. 5AE/2022/31758

dated 02.08.2022 has enclosed a copy of the report of Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal (Memo No. 1160/LFA dated

28.07.2022) and made the request to de-notify the name of Sh. Rajpal S/o Sh. Lahna from Ward No. 5 of Municipal

Committee, Rajound, as his resignation has been accepted by the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal under the provisions

of section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973.

In view of the request of the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana, and provisions given under

section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby notified the

resignation dated 11.07.2022 of Sh. Rajpal S/o Sh. Lahna, Member Ward No. 5, Municipal Committee, Rajound in

the official Gazette and further de-notified his name from the notification issued by the State Election Commisison,

Haryana vide No. SEC/1ME/2022/6120 date 04.07.2022.
