Notification

The 22nd August, 2022

No. G.S.R. 138/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana

Public Service Commission (Group D) Service Rules, 1995, namely :-

1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Public Service Commission (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Public Service Commission (Group D) Service Rules, 1995 for rule 5, the following rule shall

be substituted, namely:-

“ 5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the service shall be such, as specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D

Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Services) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018)”.
