Notification

The 30th August, 2022

No. 1/26/2021-1TCP.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to

appoint Sh. Nadim Akhtar, H. No. 340-C, HSVP Officer’s Residencies, Near Hallmark School, Sector-15, Panchkula

and Dr. Geeta Rathee Singh, H. No. J-1358, Palam Vihar, Gurugram as the Member of Haryana Real Estate

Regulatory Authority, Panchkula.

Further, in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Hrayana is pleased to appoint

Sh. Ashok Sangwan, House No. 803, Tower-II, The Palms, South City-1, Gurugram and SH. Sanjeev Kumar Arora,

H. No. 227, Sector 14, Rohtak as Member, Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, with effect from

the dates they will assume the charge of the posts.

2.

The tenure of the office of the Members, Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula and Gurugram

shall be five years or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

3.

The terms and conditions of service of appointment will be notified separately.
