HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN

Notification

The 7th September, 2022

No. PRADHIKARAN-2022/5.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 54 of the Haryana Shehri

Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 (13 of 1977), the Pradhikaran with the previous approval of the State Government

makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work

Charged Field Staff) in Civil, Electrical and Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban

Development Authority (Group D) Service Regulations, 2009 namely:

These regulations may be called the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work Charged Field

Staff) in Civil, Electrical and Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban Development Authority

(Group D) Service Amendment Regulations, 2022.

2.

In the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work Charged Field Staff) in Civil, Electrical and

Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban Development Authority (Group D) Service

Regulations, 2009 (hereinafter called the said regulations), in the ‘Short title, commencement and applicability’, for

the words "Urban Development Authority", the words "Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran" shall be substituted.

3.

In the said Regulations, -

(i)

for the words "Urban Development Authority" wherever occurring, the words "Shehri Vikas

Pradhikaran" shall be substituted; and

(ii)

for the word "Authority" wherever occurring, the word "Pradhikaran' shall be substituted.
