Notification
The 8th September, 2022
No. 18/164/2020-3CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the
Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana, in supersession of the Haryana Government,
Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 18/164/2020-3CI dated the 7th August, 2020, hereby delegates the
powers conferred upon the Deputy Commissioner under sections as specified in column 2 of the table below to the
officers as specified in the table under column 3, 4 and 5 respectively, namely :-
