No. MS/HALSA/3(18)9625.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 8-a of the Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987) read with Regulations 3 and 4 of the High Court Legal Services
Committee Regulation, 1998 and in view of letter No. 758/Lok Adalat Branch dated 06-09-2022 of Learned Registrar
General, Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby
makes following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HALSA/3(18) dated 20-04-1998 and reconstitutes the High
Court Legal Services Committee consisting of the following Ex-officio Members, as well as nominated Members, to
exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:
