The 27th September, 2022

No. 17/03/1995-2FS.— In supersession of the Government Notification issued vide No. 17/03/1995-2FS dated

9th December, 2014, the Governor of Haryana in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 14 of the

Legal Metrology Act, 2009 is pleased to order that Sh. Mukul Kumar, Special Secretary to Government Haryana-

cum-Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department will also hold the charge of the post of

Controller Legal Metrology, Haryana in addition to his own duties w.e.f. the date of his joining as Director, Food

Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department i.e. 31.08.2022.
