Notification

The 30th September, 2022

No. 57/ST-4.— Whereas, it has been reported by the Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Faridabad

(East), vide Memo No. 6049/W-2, dated the 3rd December, 2020 that the declarations referred to in section 6(A) of

the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956), Forms as specified in the Schedule given below have been

destroyed for the reason stated therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (7) of rule 7 of the Central Sales Tax (Punjab)

Rules, 1957, the Governor of Haryana hereby declares that the declarations in Form F of the series mentioned in the

Schedule given below, shall be deemed as obsolete and invalid with effect from the date of issue of such forms. Any

one fraudulently using the said forms shall render himself liable to penal action in accordance with the provisions of

the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (Central Act 74 of 1956) and the rules framed thereunder or any other law for time

being in force, namely :-
