Notification

No. 52/63/2021-2C1.— In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of section 10

of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973), rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward

Rules, 1977 and in compliance of the order dated the 10th May, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India

in Civil Original Jurisdiction Writ Petition (Civil) No. 278 of 2022 titled as Suresh Mahajan Vs State of Madhya

Pradesh & Another and in supersession of Notification No. 52/63/2021-2CI dated the 10th September, 2021 issued in

this behalf by the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, the Governor of Haryana hereby fixes the

number of members to be elected for Municipal Committee, Adampur, District Hisar mentioned in the schedule

given below for the purpose of general election in the light of Census figures of 2011:–
