No. 9/6/2023-4CII.— In pursuance of the provisions contained in Sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 10

of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973), rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules,

1977 and in compliance of the order dated the 10th May, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Civil

Original Jurisdiction Writ Petition (Civil) No. 278 of 2022 titled as Suresh Mahajan Vs State of Madhya Pradesh &

Another and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf by the Haryana Government, Urban

Local Bodies Department, the Governor of Haryana hereby fixes the number of members to be elected for Municipal

Council, Pataudi Mandi, District Gurugram mentioned in the schedule given below for the purpose of general

election in the light of population figures as drawn from the Family Information Data Repository established under

the provisions of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (20 of 2021):-
